Happy New Year to everyone, especially to our pupils and parents who are teaching and learning from home. It is very different for us all but we are so grateful that we had a very fruitful, busy term one in both the senior and junior class.
When we had confirmation that our school would remain closed for the month of January, we sprang into action and delivered folders of books and activities to all our families. We also lent laptops to our families so that they would have enough devices at home and have access to our interactive Irish programme- ‘Bua na Cainte’. We have continued to use class dojo to upload activities and teach lessons. Our pupils use the class dojo platform to communicate with teachers and to upload work for assessment. We are delighted with all the work and lovely photos that we have received so far and so proud of our pupils and parents for what they are doing!
