Our Visit to Teach Mící Ban 🏡

Our school had a wonderful visit to Teach Mící Ban today. We are so grateful to Hugo and Margaret who showed how people lived, how they worked and what they used in years gone by. Things have definitely changed alot. We particularly loved having our lunch beside a lovely turf fire!

Gairdín na Scoile

Both the junior and the senior class have been very busy helping Múinteoir Roisín to create a school garden in our front yard! The children set potatoes with Múinteoir Róisín which have grown so much already. The senior class also did a fantastic job of painting the raised beds. Last week, the children helped Múinteoir Roisín to plant a variety of herbs and vegetables.
