Our school community have been hard at work, from home. Spring is a busy time on our farms so the teachers of Ballyheerin National school are delighted and the children were able to juggle their school-work and all their farming jobs. This week we had a farm themed week, where our reading and writing projects, music, Gaeilge art related to the farm. We also covered ‘Farm Safety’ in SPHE. The children worked so hard and we must thank their parents for all the great work which they uploaded to ‘Classdojo’ -our online learning platfrom. Muinteoir Gráinne and Múinteoir Leanne really enjoyed sharing in the children’s learning experiences. Here is a selection of some of the wonderful which we have received.
